Rates, payment and policies

Rates subject to change and are guaranteed after booking is confirmed. Rates are based on two person occupancy, minimum stay required — 3 to 5 nights depending on dates required. Weekly and long-term rates depend on length of stay and the season.

Payment details

Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period:

  • a $225 Damage Deposit is required to confirm booking,
  • 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the remaining 50% due on arrival.

Payments must be made by Money Order, Bank Draft, direct wire transfer, Paypal (4% surcharge for Paypal) or Accepted Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard).

Cancellation

If Guest cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, the Owner will refund 60% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid may not be returned.

There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.

Policies
  • No smoking is allowed.
  • Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free.
  • Check in 4:00pm and check out 11:00am. Check in and out times may be flexible upon request.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00am and 8:00am.
  • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Security Deposit

You will be asked to provide a security deposit ($225) that will be refunded when you return the unit in the “pre-rental condition”.

Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.

Your refund will be credited back to your credit card within 5 business days of your departure day barring any damages.
