There is nothing better than to rent a cozy house away from big city and spend time in fresh air with family and friends. Enjoy spectacular views while on a short ferry ride, take a drive along picturesque highway, and arrive to where time seems to stand still.
Enjoy staying longer in bed when it is so quiet outside, feel refreshed after a nice walk to the ocean, swim in a lake, observe wildlife, admire stunning sunset from spacious deck, and later in the evening sit by fireplace and watch a nice movie.
The Point — a three bedroom house with living room, dining room, two full bathrooms, and laundry room. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Up to six people can stay in comfort.
There are two TV sets including 42-inch widescreen Sony LCD panel, DVD player, desktop computer with high-speed Internet connection,
The Point is located in the most beautiful part of the world. That is for sure! Not too far from Vancouver but far enough to get away from everyday fuss. Next to the Pacific Ocean and beautiful lakes, on a hill, surrounded by forest.
The house is very private but not isolated. There is a nice orchard with exotic trees and flowers.

The Point is located in Daniel Point, Garden Bay on Sunshine Coast.
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period:
Payments must be made by Money Order, Bank Draft, direct wire transfer, Paypal (
You will be asked to provide a security deposit
Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.
Your refund will be credited back to your credit card within 5 business days of your departure day barring any damages.
If Guest cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt
There will be no rebate if the property is not re-rented.
